- Order information: products purchased, amounts paid, returns, and messages you send us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and browsing information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and information collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
We need your contact, shipping and payment details to process your order. Without them we cannot complete your purchase.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your order, send you tracking updates, and handle returns, refunds and customer support.
- To prevent fraud and protect our store and our customers.
- To comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To send you marketing emails or text messages, only if you have agreed to receive them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message.
- To measure store traffic and show you relevant ads on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google.
We do not use your information to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store:
- Shopify, our e-commerce platform (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers).
- Our payment providers and banks.
- Our order fulfillment partners and suppliers, which may be located in China, and shipping carriers (such as USPS). They receive your name, shipping address and phone number so they can prepare and deliver your order.

- Our accountants and government authorities, when required by law.
Your information may be processed in the United States, Mexico, China and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
