These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Buen Finds online store at https://buenfinds.com/ (the "Store") and to any purchase you make from it. The Store is operated by Erik Anaya, Avenida 25 Sur 309, Col. Haciendas del Valle, Delicias, Chihuahua, C.P. 33090, Mexico ("Buen Finds", "we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you buy from us.
Products and descriptions
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. If a product you receive is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Refund Policy.
Products are intended for normal personal use. Please read and follow any instructions and safety warnings included with the product.
Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include import duties. Sales tax may be added at checkout where required by law. Shipping is free.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store your full card details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will give you a full refund.

Disputes with your bank
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at buenfinds.support@gmail.com before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.
Intellectual property
All content on the Store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Buen Finds or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Reviews and comments
If you send us reviews, comments or other content, you allow us to use them in connection with the Store. You agree that your content will be truthful and will not be illegal, offensive or infringe anyone's rights. We publish genuine reviews only and do not edit them to change their meaning.
Third-party services and links
The Store may include links to, or use, third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms and in our Refund Policy, the Store and products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buen Finds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections given to you by the mandatory laws of the place where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed from that date.
