Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes when the carrier allows it. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Shipping cost

Shipping is FREE on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one with your tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days.

Our products are shipped from our international fulfillment partners, so delivery takes longer than domestic shipping. Delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather or peak seasons can occasionally extend them.

Customs and import duties

All import duties and fees are included in the price you pay. You will never be asked to pay anything extra when your order is delivered.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking information may take 3 to 5 days to update after shipping. If you have questions about your tracking, email us at buenfinds.support@gmail.com.

Shipping delays

If we are unable to ship your order within the time stated above, we will notify you by email with a new estimated date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office and wait 1 to 2 days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early. If it still doesn't appear, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
